Before you learned words or even body language, you could sense the energy of people around you. Small children pick up on far more from their environments than we realize, just from sensing the energy.
Are you someone who is well aware of the energy in a room when you enter? You may have held on to this ability. Many of us learn to suppress and dismiss our natural senses or even fear them. When your experience of the world is different than what you are repeatedly told it is, eventually you learn to trust the adults in your life over your own senses.
This course will help you learn to trust again. That ability to know, to feel, to sense energy is already within you. All you need to do is learn how to allow it to come out and play.
