What to Wear & Bring

Wear something comfortable you can move and sit in with ease. Think cozy, relaxed, and ritual-ready. Layers are great in case your temperature shifts during energy work.

No experience needed. Just bring your full self, and a willingness to feel what wants to come alive in you.

Optional but welcome:

• A small object for the altar (crystal, flower, charm)
• A journal + pen for intuitive downloads
• Water to stay hydrated
• An open heart and your beautiful energy
