Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All our products are handmade. Our orders currently process within 3-5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your package is shipped, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder too, you can search for "Sacred Ritual Magic" to be sure)
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship from our fulfillment center located in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada.
- Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Orders shipping internationally to Canada will arrive within 7-10 business days.
All orders under $100 that are shipped with USPS or UPS have insurance automatically added. You’re more than welcome to file a claim with them if your order arrives damaged. We are not responsible for the product once it leaves our house so if your order is higher, we suggest adding extra insurance so you don’t have the possibility of losing money.
We do not offer replacements for products damaged in shipping not covered by shipping insurance.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Orders shipping to an address within the United States with an order value of $49.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8 unless otherwise specified.
- Orders shipping to an address within the United States with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.
LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP
We do not offer local delivery or pickup at this time.
RETURNS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days of when tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges items must be:
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- With valid proof of purchase
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
We provide real time tracking information on all of our orders. If your item does not arrive by the estimated time please wait 48 hours before contacting us at Jennifer@SacredRitualMagic.com. We will do our best to locate your package and extend timeframes for refunds and exchanges. Should your item arrive damaged, please send photos to Jennifer@SacredRitualMagic.com and request a refund no later than 7 days after delivery. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.
