1 Sacred Smoke Cleansing Bundle
An open heart and clear intention

1. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably and take three deep, conscious breaths. As you inhale, invite in peace. As you exhale, release tension.

2. Gently light the tip of your White Sage smudge stick. Let it catch for a moment, then softly blow out the flame, allowing the smoke to rise. Move the sage around your body in a circular motion—from feet to crown—saying aloud or silently:

"I release what no longer serves me. I clear away stagnant energy. I create space for clarity and peace."

Waft the smoke around your room, focusing on corners, doorways, and areas where energy may feel heavy. Place the sage in your fireproof dish to safely burn out.

3. Next, light your Palo Santo stick. Let it burn for 30 seconds, then blow it out. Allow the sweet, grounding smoke to fill the space. As you hold it, say:

"I welcome in light, love, and aligned energy. I ground into my truth and open to guidance."

Move slowly around your space, letting the warm scent of Palo Santo seal your intentions and uplift the energy.

4. Sit quietly for a moment. Place your hands over your heart and whisper a word or phrase that captures how you want to feel: “peaceful,” “aligned,” “renewed.” Breathe it in. Carry it with you.

Repeat this ritual anytime you feel energetically heavy, scattered, or before meditation or yoga to come home to yourself.
