THE RITUAL

Place the selenite crystal on a dish or altar and pour a ring of salt around it. Light the white candle and hold the clear quartz crystal in your hands. Slowly breathe a few times to center yourself. Imagine all the stress and hurt from your mind and heart pouring into the crystal. It’s okay to cry or feel angry, hurt, etc. When you feel all the energy has moved into the crystal, place the quartz crystal atop the selenite. Imagine the energy from the quartz being drawn out by the cleansing power of the selenite and returning to pure source energy. Light the juniper smudge, and bath yourself and the crystals with smoke. Gaze into the flame as you do so saying, “I allow all negativity to now return to pure unconditional source love. It is done.” Blow out the candle and dispose of the salt. Burn the palo santo to invite in new fresh energy to the space.
